Quality Control Inspector

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour (DOE)

Location: Tulsa, OK 74116

Shift: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Inspector to join a manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure everything meets internal quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience & Skills
  • Previous quality control or manufacturing inspection experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, rulers, and other precision measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Basic computer skills for documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping
  • Ability to communicate effectively with production teams and supervisors
  • Ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and nonconforming products
  • High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections according to quality standards
  • Identify, document, and report defects, discrepancies, and nonconformances
  • Verify products meet customer specifications, internal requirements, and applicable standards
  • Complete inspection reports and quality documentation accurately
  • Follow all inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality processes
  • Support production teams with quality-related questions and issue resolution
  • Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
Work Environment
  • Industrial manufacturing / warehouse environment
  • Exposure to production equipment, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
  • Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive movement
  • PPE required in operational areas
