Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Inspector to join a manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK
. This role is responsible for inspecting fabricated and assembled components to ensure they meet company standards, engineering specifications, and quality expectations before release.

Required Experience & Skills
  • Previous quality inspection, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
  • Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment, including tape measures, calipers, squares, and gauges
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
  • Ability to communicate quality concerns clearly with production teams
  • Experience documenting inspection findings and quality issues preferred
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Inspect fabricated and assembled components for quality, dimensional accuracy, and workmanship
  • Verify dimensions, hole locations, assembly alignment, and installation accuracy according to specifications
  • Inspect bonded assemblies, fasteners, structural components, and fabricated parts for compliance
  • Use measuring and inspection tools including calipers, gauges, tape measures, and squares
  • Identify, document, and report non-conforming parts, defects, and quality concerns
  • Work with fabrication and production teams to resolve inspection findings
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation
  • Ensure products meet company standards before shipment, release, or final installation
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures, inspection processes, and company policies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Work Environment
  • Industrial shop / fabrication / manufacturing environment
  • Frequent standing, walking, inspecting, and movement throughout production areas
  • Exposure to fabricated metal components, tools, machinery, and active manufacturing operations
  • Fast-paced environment requiring precision, focus, and strong attention to detail
