Requirements
What You'll Do
- Operate press brakes and rolling equipment to produce sheet metal components
- Perform tooling setup and adjustments on brake machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Measure and verify parts using calipers and precision tools
- Assist with shear operations and material prep as needed
- Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures
- Experience operating press brakes and/or roll machines
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with calipers and measuring tools
- Basic understanding of sheet metal bending and forming processes
- Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, conversions)
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Prior experience in brake forming and rolling
- Technical school or vocational training in fabrication or machining
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing / shop environment
