We are seeking a Manager – Production to drive a performance‑based culture with focus on yield, uptime, throughput, employee development, and safety training.

• Review production orders and schedules to determine product data, types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates to plan department operations.
• Plan production operations, establish priorities and sequences for processing parts.
• Oversee development of work teams to ensure efficient and effective accomplishment of company goals.
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinate processing activities to meet product quality and customer specifications.
• Review production and operating reports, resolve operational issues to minimize costs and prevent delays.
• Analyze financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Develop and revise standard operating and working practices to ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead employees in career progression and learning through communication, coaching, training, and development.
• Encourage subordinates to pursue operational excellence and innovation, serve as a role model.
• Supervise production and support supervisors.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and assign work; set goals and priorities for staff.
• Delegate responsibility and authority to subordinate staff.
• Implement and interpret policies and procedures from senior management.
• Recommend and coordinate implementation of new procedures.
• Formulate performance standards, provide feedback, conduct evaluations, and initiate personnel actions.
• Approve performance evaluations and personnel actions for production employees.
• Handle customer‑supplied products with care and meet customer expectations.
• Adhere to quality, delivery, and safety protocols.
• Manage time effectively to meet production schedules.
• Interact professionally with co‑workers, vendors, and customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up as needed.
• Assist in other areas or perform duties as required by business demands.
• Embrace change to ensure overall success of the company.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/processing plant.
• Experience with lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of the aerospace industry preferred.
• Strong team‑building, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagrammatic information.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Noise levels ranging from quiet to extremely loud.
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) on the manufacturing floor.
• May occasionally lift or move up to 10–50 pounds.
