This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production setting, following established processes, and contributing to the success of daily manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

* Prepare and mix foam production batches according to approved formulas, work instructions, and quality standards.

* Operate mixing, blending, and adhesive application equipment safely and efficiently.

* Accurately measure and record material weights and production data.

* Complete all required production documentation and batch records.

* Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and product quality.

* Inspect raw materials and finished products and report any quality concerns to supervision.

* Clean equipment, tools, and work areas between batches to prevent contamination.

* Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment in accordance with 5S standards.

* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support production goals.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED preferred.

* Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

* Ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and production formulas.

* Basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure materials.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

* Prior forklift certification or experience is a plus.

* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

* Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.

* Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required throughout the shift.

* Ability to perform repetitive motions and work in a manufacturing environment.

* Ability to safely handle production materials and equipment.
