What You'll Do- Perform mechanical assembly of sheet‑metal‑based products
- Install rivets, rivnuts, and other fastening components
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Measure components accurately using tape measures and other tools
- Inspect finished assemblies to ensure precision and quality
- Collaborate with production teammates to meet deadlines and production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
We’re seeking someone who is dependable, detail‑oriented, and enjoys working with their hands.
Ideal candidates will have- Experience with mechanical assembly
- Hands‑on experience with riveting and rivnut installation
- Comfort using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
