Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4x10 Schedule)

The Fin Operator Assistant is a dependable and mechanically inclined member of a growing manufacturing team. This role supports production machine operators while learning critical manufacturing processes and developing toward an operator-level position. The ideal candidate is hands-on, eager to learn, and seeking a long-term career in a production environment.
Responsibilities- Assist machine operators with loading and monitoring production equipment
- Rotate between multiple machines and production areas as needed
- Support loading and unloading trucks and materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Learn machine operations and production processes
- Support production goals and workflow requirements
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
- Develop skills necessary to advance into machine operator positions
- Strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to grow and develop skills
Manufacturing and production environment with exposure to machinery, moving materials, and industrial equipment. Physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement. Team-oriented environment focused on safety, productivity, and quality.
