Machinist I

Pay: $18-$21/hr
Multiple Shifts - Tulsa, OK

Blue Worx is looking for an entry-level Machinist to support machining operations in a manufacturing environment. This role will assist with setting up and operating CNC and manual machines while producing parts that meet print and quality specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machining equipment
• Machine parts according to specifications and tolerances
• Rework molds, tooling, and damaged components as needed
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain clean and organized machines and work areas
• Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous machining or machine shop experience preferred
• Basic understanding of CNC equipment and machining practices
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Strong math skills, including basic geometry and measurements
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills preferred

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Comfortable working around machinery and in a manufacturing environment
