Multiple Shifts Tulsa, OK

We are hiring a Molder to support manufacturing operations by preparing and operating molding presses to produce high-quality products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in a production environment.

• Prepare materials and operate molding presses according to job specifications
• Load materials into molds and preheaters
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues
• Trim, clean, and prepare molded parts for production flow
• Maintain clean and organized work areas around production equipment
• Record labor and production information accurately
• Communicate production updates with team members and supervisors
• Assist with material movement and general production support as needed

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, crouch, lift, and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment
