Perform structural welding and fitting on large poles and heavy structural components used for street lighting and traffic control.;
Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout, measurements, and welding requirements for each project.;
Set up and operate welding equipment using metalcore and flux core processes in accordance with job specifications.;
Inspect welds and fittings for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as needed.;
Work night shift hours and support overtime needs, including frequent Friday overtime and occasional Saturday work, to meet production demands.
