Manufacturing Molding Press Supervisor

Manufacturing Molding Press Supervisor Pay: $22–$25 per hour depending on experience

This position supervises molding press operations within a manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for overseeing production staff, ensuring equipment operation, and maintaining production efficiency.

Applicants without manufacturing leadership experience will not be considered.

Requirements Experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment

Experience operating or overseeing molding press equipment

Ability to manage production schedules and workflow

Experience enforcing safety and quality standards in manufacturing

Reliable transportation to work

Responsibilities

Supervise production staff operating molding press equipment

Monitor production schedules and ensure output targets are met Assist with troubleshooting production or equipment issues

Enforce safety procedures and quality control standards

Train and support production employees as needed

Work Environment This position operates within a manufacturing production facility involving molding presses, production equipment, and industrial work environments.

Preferred Experience Experience supervising molding press operations

Experience working in rubber, plastic, or composite manufacturing

Experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environment
