Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems
Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and industrial equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documents
Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Follow all company safety and maintenance procedures
Qualifications
Previous industrial maintenance or technician experience preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and maintenance practices
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
