We are looking for a Production Supervisor located in Tulsa, OK in the Shipping and Receiving Department. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.

What you will do:

• Responsible for leading a team of skilled workers to meet production schedules.
• Collaborates with the production manager to develop and execute production activities in a safe working environment.
• Follows quality controls and procedures to ensure that raw material and finished goods comply with product specifications.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment and promptly addresses any safety concerns.
• Prepares and maintains production reports, including performance metrics, production output, and quality data, and provides regular updates to management.
• Safety-sensitive.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience will be considered.

Supervisory experience preferred but not required. Qualified candidates without formal supervisory experience may be considered based on their skills, experience, and demonstrated ability to lead teams or projects.
