Available Shifts
  • 1st – Monday to Thursday from 5:00am to 3:30pm
  • 2nd – Monday to Thursday from 5:00pm to 3:30am
  • 4th – Friday to Sunday from 5:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $29.35/hr, with $2/night shift differential. Pay increases at the 90‑day and 6‑month anniversaries.

What You’ll Do

As a Fitter, you’ll lay the groundwork for welders and fabricators by interpreting blueprints, aligning parts, and preparing steel components for final assembly. Your precision and layout skills help ensure the structural integrity of every finished product.

  • Laying out, aligning, and fitting steel parts according to blueprints and shop drawings
  • Tack welding components prior to final weld
  • Measuring and verifying dimensions for accuracy
  • Operating overhead cranes and hand/power tools safely
  • Maintaining a clean, organized work area
  • Following all safety protocols and contributing to a high‑performing team
Ideal Candidates Have
  • 1+ year of layout or fitting experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, and layout tools
  • Familiarity with tack welding and fabrication processes
  • Experience using overhead cranes, grinders, and cutting tools
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A strong safety mindset and pride in quality workmanship
