Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Ability to work overtime as needed)

• Perform safety-sensitive tasks while identifying, correcting, and improving human and food safety risks.
• Operate multiple types of forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, rotator, slip-sheeter, grabber) safely and efficiently.
• Report any safety violations, hazards, or near misses promptly.
• Complete all required assessments, testing, and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Work effectively in environments with potential allergen exposure and perform tasks requiring depth perception and color recognition.
• Follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including proper protective equipment and hygiene standards.
• Use warehouse management systems and tools, including AS400, to manage scheduling and appointments.
• Generate and analyze reports (Hold, Trash, Pending, Schedule Ship, Shelf Life) to support operations.
• Manage inventory processes, including FIFO staging, cycle counts, pallet tracking, and resolving missing or misplaced inventory.
• Understand warehouse operations such as loading patterns, weight distribution, racking systems, transportation security, and safely work on elevated surfaces.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience with inventory control processes and computer systems used to track inventory such as AS400.
• Experience with sit-down and stand-up forklift operation is preferred.
• Valid food handler’s card from the Tulsa Health Department (must have or be willing to obtain).
• Must wear steel-toed boots.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (-10°F freezer).
• Understanding of warehouse guidelines for food safety and sanitation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Proven safety record in past work history.
