Fitter/Welder – 2nd Shift | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

We’re hiring an experienced Fitter/Welder for our 2nd shift
. This role is ideal for MIG and Flux Core welders who prefer afternoons and evenings and want reliable, full-time production work. The position includes a 2nd shift differential and a $2,500 sign-on bonus
.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Fit and weld carbon steel components using MIG and Flux Core processes
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and measurements
  • Perform layout, fit-up, welding, and finishing with minimal supervision
  • Inspect your own work to ensure quality and specifications are met
  • Follow all safety standards and production schedules
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of fitter/welder experience preferred
  • Strong MIG and Flux Core welding skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
  • Ability to pass an on-site weld test
