Fitter/Welder – 2nd Shift | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

We’re hiring an experienced Fitter/Welder for our 2nd shift
. This role is ideal for MIG and Flux Core welders who prefer afternoons and evenings and want reliable, full-time production work. The position includes a 2nd shift differential and a $2,500 sign-on bonus
.
- Stable, full-time 2nd shift schedule
- Consistent production work — no project-to-project uncertainty
- Work with a team that values safety, quality, and craftsmanship
- $2,500 sign-on bonus for qualified hires
- Fit and weld carbon steel components using MIG and Flux Core processes
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and measurements
- Perform layout, fit-up, welding, and finishing with minimal supervision
- Inspect your own work to ensure quality and specifications are met
- Follow all safety standards and production schedules
- 3+ years of fitter/welder experience preferred
- Strong MIG and Flux Core welding skills
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Ability to pass an on-site weld test
