Production Manager — Lean Manufacturing & Team Leader

Advanced Industrial Devices in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a qualified individual to oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in a managerial role, and possess excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This role involves managing a team of 40-80 employees and requires knowledge of lean manufacturing practices. A Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred along with Lean Six Sigma training.
