Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Industrial Painter to join a fabrication team in Tulsa, OK. This hands‑on role is responsible for preparing metal surfaces and applying industrial coatings that meet strict quality, production, and safety standards.

Required Experience & Skills- Industrial painting experience or strong foundational knowledge.
- Experience with surface preparation, sanding, blasting, grinding, masking, and priming.
- Ability to identify parts, materials, and coating preparation needs.
- Ability to safely operate spray guns, blasting equipment, and hand tools.
- Must be able to wear a respirator during painting and blasting operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to finish quality.
- Ability to follow written instructions, technical procedures, and work orders.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, blasting, grinding, cleaning, masking, and priming.
- Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment, brushes, or rollers.
- Mix paints and coatings according to technical data sheets and production specifications.
- Safely operate painting and blasting equipment throughout production.
- Inspect completed work for coverage, adhesion, thickness, and finish quality.
- Read and follow work orders, paint instructions, and job specifications.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of painting equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Experience with industrial coatings such as epoxies, urethanes, and zinc primers.
- Experience painting fabricated metal parts or industrial components.
- Familiarity with coating thickness gauges and inspection tools.
- Forklift or overhead crane experience (preferred).
- Industrial manufacturing/fabrication environment.
- Exposure to paint fumes, blasting materials, industrial dust, and production equipment.
- Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance.
- Respirators and protective equipment required.
