About the Role:
The role involves overseeing production activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Safety Compliance:
  Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Quality Control:
  Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet Ameristar's high standards.
• Production Oversight:
  Manage and coordinate all production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of our product lines, including ornamental fences, gates, and security barriers.
• Team Management:
  Lead, train, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Inventory Management:
  Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate supply to meet production demands.
• Reporting:
  Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as output, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Relevant educational background in manufacturing or a related field.

• Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, related field or equivalent field experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies with the ability to implement in a team environment. Proficiency in production management software and tools.
