Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift

Plan and monitor the maintenance of all production equipment in order to achieve 100% machine availability.
Responsibilities- Carry out maintenance and repair of machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- React quickly and professionally to avoid extended equipment downtime.
- Organize and carry out routine preventive maintenance of machines.
- Organize and manage stock of spare parts registered in ERP system.
- Own spare parts program for all equipment, including risk assessment, ordering, and replenishment.
- On call when needed.
- Facilitate between external contractors and internal operations for repair and installation work.
- Own and lead TPM in facility.
- Assist in maintaining plant's safety and 5S, including machines and facilities.
- Ensure maintenance works comply with Environmental Management System requirements.
- Participate in machine, equipment, and facility improvement activities, including:
- Maintain good communication with supervisors and team leaders.
- Report problems and non‑conformances to the Engineering Manager and propose improvements.
- Practice basic housekeeping daily.
- Train and coach machine operators on best practices.
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions.
- Use PPE and safety equipment as required.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Participate in safety training and drills.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- 5+ years experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
- Exposure in an ISO certified (EMS & QMS) manufacturing environment.
- Electrical and mechanical skills and knowledge of PLCs.
- Proficient in industrial, mechanical, and pneumatic machinery.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, building codes, and safety practices.
- Good teamwork and exhibits a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and organized with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.
- Available to work a full‑time schedule covering multiple shifts of production operations as necessary Monday to Friday. Weekend and overtime work may be required for special projects and downtime troubleshooting.
