Assembler 2nd Shift
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Location: Tulsa, OK 74117
Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to support the production of industrial heat exchangers and cooling systems in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for assembling fin tubes, headers, and related components while ensuring proper alignment, fit‑up, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
The ideal Assembler has manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with precision in a fast‑paced production environment.
Required Experience & Skills- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Assembly experience (preferred)
- Tube rolling experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with hand tools and measuring devices
- Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Install fin tubes and headers into frames according to specifications.
- Roll tubes on both front and back headers as required.
- Verify proper tube and nozzle projections.
- Install plugs and secure tube supports.
- Square and align frames to meet engineering and production requirements.
- Inspect assemblies for accuracy and quality throughout the process.
- Prepare completed units for hydrostatic testing.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Heat exchanger manufacturing experience
- Mechanical assembly experience
- Experience reading blueprints, production drawings, or assembly instructions
- Familiarity with fabrication and industrial manufacturing environments
- Ability to stand and work throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and position materials and components as needed
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
- Ability to work safely around production equipment and industrial machinery
- Industrial manufacturing environment
- Exposure to fabrication equipment, hand tools, and production machinery
