Position Overview
Greenheck Group is a global leader in air movement and ventilation. We are seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to support our metal fabrication processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and high‑tech metal fabrication processes.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components of machinery used in metal fabrication.
- Create new or replacement parts using existing fabrication equipment.
- Use maintenance software to prioritize tasks and record results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area through daily preventive maintenance and housekeeping (5S).
- Safely operate material handling equipment as needed.
3rd shift – Sunday to Thursday, 10:00PM – 6:00AM.
Job Requirements- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least two years of mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50pounds and stand for up to 8hours daily.
- Proficiency with basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer skills for using maintenance software.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Minimum starting rate of $35.38 per hour with regular increases up to $42.20 per hour. An additional shift premium of $2 per hour applies for 3rd shift.

The role requires the ability to move easily in the production area, maintain physical strength and stamina for prolonged standing or stationary work, use hands and fingers for repetitive handling, gripping, and manipulating tools and equipment, perform bending, balancing, twisting, rotating, stooping, climbing, moving over uneven surfaces, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting or carrying objects up to 50pounds. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to operating machinery, airborne particles, forklift and crane operations, vibration, noise, and variable temperatures.
Personal protective equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety‑toed footwear are required; additional PPE may be required depending on the work.
