• Prepare aircraft components and parts for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and media blasting
• Apply primers, topcoats, epoxies, urethanes, and specialty aerospace coatings
• Operate HVLP spray guns, pressure pots, and related painting equipment
• Mix coatings according to specifications and manufacturer requirements
• Perform touch-ups, rework, and final detailing as needed
• Inspect finished work to ensure proper coverage, adhesion, and finish quality
• Read and follow work instructions, technical drawings, and process specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and work area
• Follow all safety, quality, FAA, and OSHA requirements

• Previous industrial or aerospace painting experience
• Experience using HVLP spray systems and paint application equipment
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques including sanding, masking, and blasting
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Aerospace painting
• Mil-spec or aerospace coating standards
• Two-part urethane and epoxy coating systems
• Aviation, manufacturing, or industrial environments
