We're looking for skilled Structural Welders/Fitters who enjoy working on large-scale projects in a heavy manufacturing environment and want a stable opportunity with overtime potential and career growth.

Location: Tulsa, OK

Shift: Day Shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Pay: $24.50 per hour;
Overtime available

Type: Contract-to-Hire

• Perform structural welding and fitting on large steel poles and heavy components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Complete high‑quality welds using Metalcore and Flux Core processes.
• Fit, align, and assemble structural components accurately.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance standards.
• Work safely while maintaining productivity in a heavy manufacturing environment.

• Freshers to 2+ years of heavy industrial welding and fitting experience.
• Experience working with large structural steel components.
• Blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Metalcore and Flux Core welding.
• Ability to pass a welding test and fitting test.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• 1/2" Flat Plate
• 1G Position
• 1/16" Metalcore Wire
• Bevel Bar

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.50 per hour.
