Job Opportunity
As a Technical Trainer I, you will be responsible for training new team members, enhancing productivity, reducing costs in operations, and implementing new or improved manufacturing processes, equipment, methods, and product design.
Responsibilities- Develop, organize, conduct, and/or manage subject matter training courses that consist of classroom and hands‑on training.
- Responsible for equipment training, troubleshooting, and support for manufacturing facilities.
- Coordinate Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work documentation process for the organization.
- Act as a liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing in the support of best manufacturing practices.
- Work with team members and management to troubleshoot process problems and determine training needs.
- Identify productivity improvement projects.
- Develop and implement a process to investigate and resolve corrective action requests related to process problems.
- Keep records of training classes, and employees that attended.
- Work with lean manufacturing concepts.
- Partner with local organizations to find available training resources.
- Responsible for assisting in onboarding of new team members.
- Lead plant tours.
- Support plant leaders and supervisors with technical training requirements that are needed for their teams.
- Track and maintain ongoing trainings and certification requirements.
- Coach and mentor team members.
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing required.
- Project management skills required.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2‑year/associate degree in engineering technology, training, or related field of study preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and SAP.
- Familiarity with machine programming.
- LEAN training.
- Braze experience preferred.
- Wiring and Ladder Diagram knowledge preferred.
Travel is required 10–25% of the time. Work on-site in Tulsa, OK.
Compensation & BenefitsThe starting base pay range for this position is $56,474 – $69,762 and may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance. Physical Requirements- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.

- Occasional mobility required to attend in‑person meetings and complete various office tasks.
- Work may be performed in company’s setting, home, or hybrid.
