We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing industrial production team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal Maintenance Mechanic is hands‑on, mechanically skilled, and capable of troubleshooting a wide variety of industrial maintenance issues in a fast‑paced environment.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair belts, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems
• Complete welding and metalworking tasks as needed
• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify maintenance concerns
• Help minimize downtime by responding quickly to equipment issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards
• Stay current on new equipment, technology, and maintenance techniques
• Support daily operations with a flexible, team‑oriented attitude

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with industrial machinery and equipment repair
• Welding and metalworking experience required
• Strong knowledge of belts, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues independently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience with PLC systems
• Strong preventative maintenance background
• Experience in manufacturing or production facilities preferred
