Process Operator – Aerotek – Jefferson County, OK
Join a leading ethanol production company that supplies its product to gas stations within a 40-120 mile radius. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks each day, contributing significantly to the operational efficiency of the facility.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot conveyors, forklifts, pumps, and valves.
- Unload materials using a sit-down gas‑powered forklift.
- Check temperatures of bearings.
- Implement Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Work with a DCS system to manage tasks and operations.
- Enter data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 2+ years of experience as a chemical operator.
- 5+ years of OSHA safety experience.
- 3-5 years of LOTO experience.
- 3+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with chemical handling, compounding, batch making, and fermentation.
- 1+ year of forklift experience (training provided).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- 1-2 years of boiler operation experience.

Position & Compensation- $45,760.00 - $62,400.00 per year

This is a fully onsite position in Jefferson, WI.
