Process Operator – Aerotek – Jefferson County, OK

Join a leading ethanol production company that supplies its product to gas stations within a 40-120 mile radius. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks each day, contributing significantly to the operational efficiency of the facility.

• Troubleshoot conveyors, forklifts, pumps, and valves.
• Unload materials using a sit-down gas‑powered forklift.
• Check temperatures of bearings.
• Implement Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Work with a DCS system to manage tasks and operations.
• Enter data using Microsoft Word and Excel.

• 2+ years of experience as a chemical operator.
• 5+ years of OSHA safety experience.
• 3-5 years of LOTO experience.
• 3+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience.

• Experience with chemical handling, compounding, batch making, and fermentation.
• 1+ year of forklift experience (training provided).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• 1-2 years of boiler operation experience.
