CNC Operator PM Shift
Pay: $19.00 $ 23.00 per hour (DOE) + $1.50 Shift Differential
Location: Tulsa, OK 74116
Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. This is not an entry‑level position and requires hands‑on experience setting up and operating industrial production equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety‑focused, and capable of working independently while maintaining exceptional quality and productivity.
Required Experience & Skills- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience performing machine setup and adjustments independently
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience using precision measuring tools including gauges, calipers, and micrometers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
- Set up, operate, and adjust manufacturing machinery according to specifications
- Perform machine changeovers, tooling adjustments, and basic calibrations
- Monitor production to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are maintained
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and report mechanical concerns promptly
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements
- Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and quality teams to improve production
- Assist with training and mentoring less experienced operators when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Experience operating CNC equipment, lasers, press brakes, or roll forming machinery
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
- Forklift, overhead crane, or other industrial equipment certifications
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and moving equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and manual tasks safely
- Industrial manufacturing facility
- Exposure to machinery, production equipment, noise, and varying temperatures
- Fast‑paced environment with a strong focus on safety and quality
- PPE required while working on the production floor
