Junior Buyer (Manufacturing) – Tulsa, OK
Wedlake Enclosure Systems is hiring a Junior Buyer to support purchasing and supply chain operations in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role assists with procurement, vendor coordination, and managing incoming materials while working closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain material flow for production.

What You’ll Do- Create and manage purchase orders; obtain vendor quotes.
- Track incoming materials to ensure on‑time delivery to support production.
- Communicate with vendors on order status, delays, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with receiving, inventory, and operations teams to maintain material flow.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, pricing, and purchasing data.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning.
- Help resolve issues with shipments (damages, shortages, incorrect items).
- Support reporting on purchasing activity and supplier performance.
- 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with vendors and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience with inventory, receiving, or material coordination.
- Exposure to vendor sourcing or cost‑saving initiatives.
- Familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems.
- Stable, growing manufacturing company.
