We are seeking a hands‑on Procurement Manager to lead materials, purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations at our Tulsa manufacturing facility. This role will oversee a team of approximately five direct reports while driving procurement strategy, supplier performance, inventory optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day procurement, materials management, inventory control, and logistics activities.
  • Manage supplier selection, negotiations, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
  • Develop and mentor a team of materials professionals while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Program teams to ensure material availability and production readiness.
  • Oversee inventory planning and material flow while minimizing excess inventory and shortages.
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics activities to support customer and production requirements.
  • Drive process improvements focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance.
  • Support ERP-driven procurement and inventory processes while ensuring transactional accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience within procurement, materials management, or supply chain operations.
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience required.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing, supplier management, inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics.
  • Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP/MRP systems.
  • Proven ability to lead teams while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • APICS, CPIM, CSCP, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or complex manufacturing operations.
