Maintenance Technician

Shift: 1st

Pay Range: $26.80/ HR
* Shift differential and "Sign on/ Partnership" bonus eligible

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial support, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's

the Job?

Provide industrial maintenance support to ensure safe and effective troubleshooting and repair of complex systems.
Support the setup, teardown, and maintenance of automated equipment, including PLCs, motor controls, and electrical systems.
Perform repairs on mechanical systems such as pneumatics, bearings, seals, gears, chains, and sprockets.
Utilize shop machinery and industrial tools for repair and maintenance tasks.
Engage in emergency response support, providing technical assistance and facility knowledge as needed.

What's Needed?

Proficiency in at least 5 of the following areas: automated equipment setup, PLC troubleshooting, motor controls, electrical wiring, AC inverters, DC controllers, mechanical systems maintenance.
Strong electrical skills and mechanical aptitude.
Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Basic knowledge of shop machinery and industrial tools.
