Your responsibilities:

• Achieve production objectives for the position.
• Perform tool adjustments and changes with assistance if necessary.
• Complete the production film (quantity, deviations, causes, and downtime).
• Fill out the tool change registration sheet.
• Load and unload machines.
• Organize parts according to the standard of the position.
• Perform level 1 maintenance according to standards and record (fluid level, soluble concentration…).
• Monitor the evacuation of chips and fluids (oil, water, air, soluble…).

Knowledge:

• Read and interpret phase plan, production range, and control range.
• Use the provided control means.
• Control parts visually and dimensionally.
• Use SPC and interpret results.
• Read and write.

Desired diploma or level:

Similar experience, beginner accepted
