Pay: $18.00–$30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Setup/Operator to join their growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a custom manufacturing environment where every project presents a new challenge. You’ll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes while producing precision-machine parts to customer specifications.

The facility is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable work environment year-round.

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes with HAAS, Fanuc, or Mazak controls.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and work holding equipment.
• Perform machine offsets and make minor program adjustments when necessary.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final quality inspections.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production schedules.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and help improve manufacturing processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.

• Minimum 2 years of CNC setup and operating experience preferred.
• Experience with HAAS, Fanuc, or Mazak controls.
• Ability to independently set up CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand machining tolerances.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Dependable with a solid work ethic and reliable transportation.

• Custom fabrication or job shop manufacturing.
• Minor program editing.
• Experience machining steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals.

• $18–$30/hour, based on experience
