Night Shift Welding Production Lead

Ameron Pole Products, LLC is seeking a Night Shift Process Production Lead to oversee all welding production processes. The ideal candidate will lead hourly employees in achieving production goals and monitor shop attendance. A high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in heavy manufacturing, is required. Candidates should have experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes and be capable of reading blueprints and fabrication drawings.

This full-time position offers competitive pay and requires the ability to work overtime as needed.
