Responsable de limpiar y mantener toda la instalación utilizando los productos químicos, equipos y técnicas adecuados. Puede reemplazar al Supervisor de Edificios y Terrenos en su ausencia y reportar cualquier condición insegura o necesidad de mantenimiento.
Responsabilidades- Limpiar y mantener las instalaciones.
- Usar productos químicos, equipo y técnicas adecuadas.
- Reemplazar al Supervisor de Edificios y Terrenos cuando sea necesario.
- Informar sobre condiciones inseguras y necesidades de mantenimiento.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras sin ayuda.
- Capacidad para subir escaleras y andamios.
- Se prefiere diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
- Se prefiere experiencia previa como conserje.
- Comprensión clara de los productos y equipos de limpieza.
- Capaz o dispuesto a aprender Microsoft Office Suite y Google Office Suite.
- Bilingüe en español es una ventaja.
