Lead OEM Technician

Lead OEM Technician $24-$25/hr | Training on Days | Move to Evening Shift We're seeking a Lead OEM Technician to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys leading by example, keeping production on track, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. New hires will complete training on day shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM) before transitioning to the regular Monday-Friday evening shift (3:30 PM-11:30 PM).

Pay: $24.00-$25.00/hour DOE

Schedule:

• Training:
  Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Permanent Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-11:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production activities and help ensure production goals are met.
• Keep technicians and production personnel on task throughout the shift.
• Manufacture aerospace heat exchanger cores while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform cleaning, stacking, inspections, and troubleshooting following work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Assist with production scheduling and adapt to changing customer priorities.
• Communicate with engineering and operations regarding equipment, production concerns, and process improvements.
• Complete production documentation and reporting accurately.
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or industrial experience required.
• Previous leadership, lead, or team lead experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read work instructions, safety procedures, and technical documents.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to pass required drug/alcohol screenings for this safety-sensitive position.
