• Lead and coordinate daily production activities in a fabrication environment
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive engagement and high performance
• Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to support employees and address issues in real time
• Champion safe work practices and ensure compliance with all safety standards
• Prioritize workflow to meet production schedules and customer commitments
• Uphold quality standards and ensure adherence to specifications
• Identify and implement efficiency and process improvements
• Hold team members accountable for performance, productivity, and attendance
• Encourage cross‑training and skill development

• Collaborate with scheduling, maintenance, and management to keep operations aligned

• Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing setting
• Hands‑on background with:
  • Laser cutting equipment
  • Press brakes
  • Welding operations
  • Robotic welding systems
• Leadership experience as a supervisor or team lead
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality expectations, and safety practices
• Ability to motivate teams and drive results through accountability
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

• Experience with:
  • Controlled Warehouse systems
  • Infor ERP
  • AS400
  • Paycor (timekeeping/payroll)
• Prior leadership experience on weekend or alternative shifts
