- Supporting general production tasks and maintaining a clean, safe work area
- High School Diploma or GED
- Entry‑level experience with strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read scales and perform basic shop math
- Basic understanding of blueprints, instructions, and technical documents
- Strong communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English)
- Hands‑on skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills
- Enrollment in a Technical Aviation program
- Location: Tulsa OK 74117
- Schedule/Shift: 2nd shift 3:00PM-01:30AM
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform hands‑on tasks
