Pay: $22.00/hour
Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Location: Tulsa, OK

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Lead to oversee production operations, support team members, and ensure high-quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, training employees, and keeping production running smoothly.

• Set up and adjust molding presses and other production equipment to meet production requirements.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or production leadership experience

• Experience operating or setting up production equipment; molding press experience is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Previous experience training or mentoring production employees is a plus.

• Ability to stand and walk for 12‑hour shifts.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

• Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, and climb stairs or ladders as needed.
• Comfortable performing repetitive motions and operating manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment
