Aircraft Structural Mechanic L3 – Tulsa, OK

Position type:
Contract – 12 months with potential for extension

• Interpret and work from engineering requirements, work orders, blueprints, sketches, and written/verbal instructions.
• Set up and perform manual assembly operations and machine functions.
• Use precision measuring instruments for inspection and verification.
• Drill, ream, countersink, spot face, and install fasteners using hand‑powered tools.
• Utilize tooling for assembly of components into subassemblies or final products.
• Verify work against instructions and engineering specifications; identify and report discrepancies.
• Ensure proper certification of tools and equipment per procedures.
• Perform tasks within defined schedules and timelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and assist in training other team members.
• Must successfully pass a hands‑on skills demonstration.

• 10+ years of hands‑on structural assembly experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with manual assembly operations and related machinery.
• Strong understanding of precision measuring tools and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation and manufacturing work instructions.
• Team player with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
