Manufacturing Engineer

In this role, you'll partner closely with production, quality, and engineering to improve operational performance, eliminate waste, and support the successful launch and production of new products. • Support the operational performance of your assigned manufacturing area with a focus on quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Investigate production and quality issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary engineering contact for customer quality concerns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve First Pass Yield, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve workflow, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure materials meet engineering and quality requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing manufacturing processes for new product introductions (NPI).

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred (equivalent experience will also be considered)
• 1–4 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (internships and co-op experience are welcomed)
• Experience supporting production in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, quality, suppliers, and engineering teams

• Experience supporting manufacturing automation or automated production equipment.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Manufacturing process development and documentation.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem solving.
