Position Overview

We are hiring a Night Shift Production Operator at our Dawson Facility (3515 Dawson Rd, Tulsa, OK). The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining production machines, reading and interpreting blueprints, and ensuring timely and accurate production while maintaining a clean work environment.

Shift Hours
  • Monday – Friday, 5:00 pm to 5:30 am (occasionally Saturdays)
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to accurately set up and position machines.
  • Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and within deadlines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Physical Work Environment
  • Indoor, hot/cold environments.
  • Noise and loud sounds.
  • Mandatory use of safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes, and ear plugs.
  • Typical standing, walking, using hands, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
Safety Sensitivity

This position is classified as safety sensitive. Due to the use of heavy machinery, power tools, and potentially hazardous conditions, heightened safety awareness and strict adherence to protocols are required. Employees must ensure their own safety and that of others in the workplace.

Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Ability to complete formal training in the area of specialty.
  • Knowledge of commonly‑used concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to rely on instructions and pre‑established guidelines to perform job functions.
  • Ability to work under immediate supervision; independent judgment is generally not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, and mechanical skills is a plus.
