Quality Machine & Fab is seeking an experienced Thermal Spray Grinder to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The role focuses on grinding and finishing thermal spray-coated components to precise dimensions while upholding strict aerospace quality standards.
You will set up and operate OD, , centerless, and surface grinders, read blueprints, and use micrometers and bore gauges to ensure parts meet tight tolerances. Safety and FAA compliance are integral to daily duties.
