Your

Mission

As a Sanitation Technician, you’ll be the force that keeps our bakery operation spotless, compliant, and ready to run at full speed each night. This role exists to protect product quality by ensuring every surface and system meets GMP and food‑safety sanitation standards.

  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, processing areas, warehouse spaces, and facility grounds per written procedures
  • Follow GMPs, food safety requirements, and sanitation policies with precision
  • Use cleaning chemicals and sanitizers safely and consistently
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates to confirm priorities and completion

Required qualifications/skills:

  • Read and follow equipment‑specific cleaning instructions
  • Lift up to 50 lbs; stand on concrete for extended periods; climb stairs repeatedly as needed
  • Make sound decisions and solve problems with minimal direction after training
  • Flexible, team‑oriented, and positive communicator

If you’re ready to bring energy, pride, and discipline to overnight sanitation, apply today.

Night-Shift Rhythm

Your shift runs Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm–6:30am. You clock in, connect with the team on the night’s targets, then move through the facility with a clear plan and a steady pace. Expect hands‑on work across production, processing, warehouse, and outside areas—always guided by posted procedures and food‑safety expectations. Throughout the night you’ll document progress, pivot smoothly when priorities shift, and keep communication tight so the handoff to the next crew is seamless.

By the time the sun comes up, the plant looks—and feels—ready for another high‑quality run.
