General Statement of Duties:

• Operation of a variety of machines ranging from a six‑ton or ten‑ton overhead crane to a finning machine.
• Loading/unloading materials onto/off of machines and semi‑trailers.
• Bending or finning tubing.
• Ensuring quality of tubes being shipped out.

Physical Demands:

• Requires full range of body motion: constant lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stooping, squatting, climbing, and reaching outward and overhead.
• Frequent unassisted lifting of objects weighing 5 to 50 lbs (average 34–37 lbs).
• Climbing stacks of tubing to heights up to six feet.
• Operating banding equipment to bundle tubes and secure bands.
• Walking one mile while performing duties in a 10‑hour shift.
• Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.

Working Conditions:

• Indoor manufacturing environment with regular exposure to loud and prolonged noise.
• Noise from machinery, overhead cranes, and clanging sounds caused by metal tubing.
• Employees must wear PPE: noise/hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, and steel‑toed work shoes.
• Work shifts of 12 hours experiencing temperatures 95°F–110°F in summer.
• Exposure to cold temperatures dependent on outside conditions.
