General Labor (Assembly)

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Required Overtime:
Fridays

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This hands‑on position involves assembling production components, soldering parts, grinding materials, and performing a variety of manufacturing duties in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and capable of performing physically demanding work throughout the shift.

• Assemble production components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Must be able to read a tape measure down to the 1/8th.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Perform basic soldering to secure and assemble parts.
• Use grinders and other hand and power tools to prepare and finish components.
• Inspect materials and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Soldering experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience using hand and power tools, including grinders, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Please note:

This position requires availability to work overtime on Fridays as part of the regular work schedule.
