Perform structural welding and fitting on large steel materials to manufacture poles for street lighting and traffic control applications;
Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions, layouts, and welding requirements for each project;
Fit and align large structural components accurately prior to welding to ensure proper assembly and structural integrity;
Use metalcore and flux core welding processes to complete high-quality welds on heavy industrial components;
Complete and pass required weld and fitting tests to demonstrate ability to accurately assemble and fit structural components
