Your main mission will be to set up and operate CNC machine tools (MAZAK) for machining parts in series or small series, in compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
You will be required to:
- Interpret manufacturing plans and machining schedules to program, set up, and start milling operations;
- Check the conformity of machined parts (dimensions, surface condition) and adjust the adjustment parameters if necessary;
- Ensure first-level maintenance of machines (cleaning, lubrication, tool change) and report any malfunctions;
- Comply with the safety rules in force;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of machining processes (optimization of cycle times, reduction of waste, etc.).
You will be integrated into a dynamic technical team and will actively contribute to the production of special machines for the concrete industry, in a demanding and innovative industrial environment.
Team work from Monday to Friday (from 5am-12:30pm or from 12:30pm to 8pm)
Profile SoughtYou hold a CAP/BEP level and know the associated tools and programming language for the realization of CNC milling operations for single and small series parts. You also have knowledge of machining techniques, reading plans, and manufacturing orders.
The handling of overhead cranes and forklifts is a plus. We offer a full-time permanent contract within a family-owned company, to be filled as soon as possible. Benefits:
