Full-Time Position

3+ Years of CNC Programming Experience Required

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or similar CAM software
• Program CNC mills and lathes for custom and one-off manufacturing projects
• Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings
• Support machine setup, prove-outs, and first-piece inspections
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to ensure quality production
• Select tooling, speeds, and feeds to maximize efficiency and part quality
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve processes and reduce cycle times
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the shop

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience
• Proficiency with Mastercam or similar CAM software
• Experience programming both CNC mills and lathes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a custom fabrication or job shop environment is highly preferred

• GD&T knowledge and application
• Setup and machining experience
• Experience with large fabricated or structural components
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
• Ability to mentor or support machinists during complex projects

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
