We're looking for a detail-oriented Order Picker to join our production team! In this role, you'll pull materials from pick lists and distribute them to assembly technicians, keeping our production line moving smoothly.

• Accurately pick, prepare, and distribute components to meet production schedules
• Locate, prepare, and etch parts for production
• Meet weekly department productivity targets
• Resolve inventory discrepancies promptly
• Assist with assembly, testing, or shipping & receiving as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards

• High school diploma or GED; must be 18+
• Warehouse/order picking experience within the last year preferred
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to train)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shift
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends/holidays

Climate-controlled, 50,000 sq. ft. facility — you'll be on your feet and moving throughout the day.

Steel-toe shoes and PPE required.
